The public is outraged that this decision has been made without any input
from anyone other than ICANN and Verisign.

Domain price increases over the next several years will increase barriers
to entry for many small businesses and force businesses to incur increasing
expenses without any benefit to them.  These changes will have significant
impact on the Internet for years to come, and only ICANN and Verisign have
participated in this decision.

I sincerely hope you will consider the public at large in this decision
without moving forward.
