[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Do not raise prices on .com domain registrations

I'm dismayed that this is even something being proposed. Maintaining domain
name registrations is a service. I know it's not free to do, and I'm fine
with paying for the service, but the cost should be reasonable for the
value one gets and it's already more than it needs to be. Why would prices
be going up? This is just taking advantage of people.
