[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Please do not raise domain costs

Now more than ever, an open and distributed web is critical to democracy,
and decency. Raising domain costs is a direct threat to that, because it
reduces the availability of domains to normal consumers, which in turn
consolidates power around fewer online properties. I think we've all seen
where that has lead with consolidation of personal online presences around
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Without the ability for people to
present themselves in their own, personally-controlled spaces, we are all
bound to play by the rules of big companies, who are driven by profit
motives over all else.

Please keep the web as accessible to all as possible.
