To whom it may concern,

I don't believe that an initiative to improve DNS security will be worth the price of .COM price increases and increased market power for Verisign. It is dangerous to give so much power to a single company, given the importance of the .COM TLD to the internet as a whole. This move will not benefit consumers and should be seriously reconsidered. ICANN should not consider stability and security to be the entirety of its mission, but accessibility and accountability as well.
