It is wrong and unfair for any sort of monopoly, including a monopoly over
who gets to participate in negotiations regarding the .COM domain name.

The internet community requires more transparency in how money is spent on
infrastructure, and the .COM domain name costs should stay stable and not
increase without transparent reasons that are subject to the community’s
review and scrutiny.
