[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Increased Domain Pricing

With the increase in pricing there is less ability for people to continue
their ability to establish a domain and to have a voice.  We are already
seeing the fall out from not have net neutrality and this is yet another
way to stifle the small voices.

Please do not pass this amendment.
