[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Disagreement with the new amendment proposal

Dear Sir/Ma`am,
I believe that people like me who are trying to make their presence on the
internet and trying to sharing our knowledge without putting a price on it
will be very much affected by the new amendment. I believe this will affect
a lot of individuals who are just trying to share their experience on the
internet without any strings attached.
I also believe that this is going to have an adverse effect on small
businesses. My cousin owns a website and she sells baking recipes as ebooks
on her website and she doesn't have enough earning as it is and this will
increase the cost of her website. She uses the money earned from her
website for daily use. I understand that big companies will not have any
problems but small individuals like her are going to face big problems.
