Why the increase of 7% per year? Is Verisign failing? Are they in huge need of more money?

Why is ICANN getting $20 million for this?

Let’s see how ICANN and Verisign will use this new revenue (since no reason is provided):

  *   Greed

Yeah, I’m completely AGAINST this amendment.
