[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Increasing centralization of power has never improved any political system

The technology system of the internet controls has always had its own
politics that helped balance the needs of the various constituents.
Allowing Verisign to be both a registrar and the TLD manager for the
largest and arguably most important gTLD is unwarranted and dangerous.
Under a number of US laws that Verisign operates under, it can be legally
defended for taking actions that unfairly impact competitors, and in fact,
can be construed as legally required to do so.  Remove this conflict of
interest from the proposals before implementation.
