[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Amendment 3 will hurt startups

To Whom it May Concern:

Please do not pass Amendment 3 to the .COM registry agreement, as any
additional costs will be passed on to registry customers.

This includes startups that do not or unable to take institutional funding,
so every cost increase makes it increasingly difficult to continue
operating, especially in early stages.

Please don't hinder startup innovation by passing Amendment 3.
