Should icann.org wish to receive $20M from Verisign at the probable expense
to .com users, the least you could do it democratize the process and
implement more transparency in the way the funds will be spent. It is only
right that if you stand to gain from your users, then you have an
accountability to them as well. And that things should not be changed
without informing all the stakeholders.
