[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

This increase in price is not justified and will lead to a greater 
difficulty for small businesses and individuals to own a .com domain. 
The current price that is charged by Verisign is already prohibitive for 
a mere domain registration. These changes definitely are a bad idea and 
I am against them.
