[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Increased fees?

We want to let you know we do not like the secret deals made to increase fees for the .com domains in the deal with Verisign. These fee increases are unnecessary and hurt the online community. There is already plenty of margin in the pricing. 

Make the increases fair and only when necessary.
