[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Amendment to .com registry agreement

Hi

I object to the proposed changes to the .com registry. This secretive deal
is going to lead to price increases. This was not deliberated in the
presence of domain name providers and without industry input. This is not
in the best interest of internet users and only serves ICANNs financial
interests.
