To whom it may concern,

The proposal to increase prices on .COM accounts will have huge impact on small and start up businesses. .COM becoming unaffordable will mean only the richest companies can afford to run domains ending in .COM and contribute to a 2 tier internet with the advantage going to large, wealthier players versus new start ups and small businesses.

As the founder of a small business - I strongly urge you to consider the impact on startups across the world who today have a .COM and think about the impact this will have in future on innovation and competition.
