Hello,

I am writing to oppose the proposed amendment 3 to the .COM Registry
Agreement. The increases in .com registration prices are not justified in
this amendment and will only work to stifle innovation. Without any
justification to show that infrastructure costs have increased for ICANN,
this amendment can be seen as nothing else than a corrupt money grab.
Please reverse this decision and return the price caps on .com domains to
their original limits.
