Hi,
I’d like to state that I am opposed to this amendment particularly because of the costs that you are likely to impose on many small business owners in the long term. Please keep in mind that many individuals own domain names for personal/private use and do not make a fortune out of a registered domain. This ploy is adding unnecessary cost and inconvenience in a technology space where the cost of doing business or providing a service online should be reducing.
