Dear sirs,
Arbitrary decisions with such profound effects on many millions of 
members of the website using family smacks of
a cash grab by a small number of people who know they have a 
stranglehold on an industry.
Imposing such potentially large increases in fees without input from end 
users, those who will have to pay the increased fees, frankly shows
contempt for those you serve.
