Dear ICANN,
My registrar has made me aware of your planned Amendment 3, which is an agreement between ICANN and Verisign to effectively increase .COM domain prices each year for the next eight years.  This agreement is the second occasion where ICANN has ignored consultation with all stakeholders for finanical gain.
I agree with my registrar that such changes should involve the input of all stakeholders; especially since there are also supposedly unrelated inward investment from Verisign that has all the hallmarks of corruption.  As such, I oppse the amendment.
