I don't support your initiative. Your decision will affect the end consumer
and they will have to pay much more. And it's bad practice to make
decisions behind closed doors.
If you don't feel empowered to be open, then give your authority to other
managers or corporations who will be more open in making decisions and
thinking about the end consumer.
