Dear ICANN,

As an owner of .com domains I do not agree with ICANN's decision to allow Verisign the wholesale price increase schedule for .com domains as announced January 3, 2020. Furthermore, I question what the $20M payment from Verisign to ICANN will be used for and how that will be monitored and made public.

I consider the changes announced to be harmful to Internet .com domain stakeholders such as myself, and I would like these changes to be reversed, and a public consultation to be held and a formal review process where alternative contract terms that are not harmful to Internet stakeholders such as myself can be considered and implemented
