To whom it may concern,

I disagree with the proposed amendment 3, which would increase the cost of
.COM domains over a period of time. Without a doubt .COM is the most
valuable and trusted domain level, and by making it less affordable you are
reducing competition. Tech prices typically go down with scale, and there
is no justifiable reason to increase the prices.
