It is unacceptable for ICANN to sign contracts with Verisign behind closed
doors that affect Internet/.COM domain users.

It is not in the best interest of the public when decisions are made in
private that affect the general public.

I humbly request that the vera sign contract details be made public. Also,
if ICANN Can provide additional details about the extra $20 million that
Verisign will give to ICANN in terms of the purpose of the extra funds and
how it will be used by ICANN to improve the infrastructure.

Thank you.
