The recent changes to your Verisign contract without any feedback is a sad
state of affairs. Allowing wholesale price increases in 8 out of 10 years
is way too aggressive. This will hurt small business's such as myself as
one more overhead cost that will impede risk and growth.

If new ideas cost hundreds of dollars more just to set up the middle class
will be squeezed out of the online marketplace. This is a bad idea and
should be re-examined with actual input from users. Also whoever is
involved with the Verisign deal should be examined as this feels and
appears like bribery considering Verisign has paid ICANN 20million over 5
years with no clarity on why or how these funds will be spent...

The internet started as an idea to bring people together, everything has a
cost and it must be paid. But shady backroom deals for profit will work
against your organization and the very people that the internet was
intended for.
