To whom it may concern,

As the owner of a small business, we watch our every single penny, even a
small increase in order to maintain ours.COM over the period of a few years
it will be harmful to our business.

Furthermore, how would this increase benefit us? where would the extra cash
go? Shouldn't we have a say?
