[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] ICANN and Verisign closed room deal - No Good

This sweetheart deal between ICANN and Verisign should NOT be approved.

In fact, the manner and type of deal created should be enough to remove
Verisign from the .com registry completely (except as a reseller), and
further restrictions be put on ICANN to reduce the likelihood of deals like
this.
