To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my dismay in discovering the changes arranged for
the .COM domain. These changes will not for the benefit of internet users
at large and the proposed price increases could be extremely detrimental to
global businesses and by extension, to the global economy.

I ask that these changes are stopped immediately.
