Hello,

As the owner of a .com domain I am concerned by the proposed amendments. 

By allowing wholesale price registrars to increase the price for 8 out of the 10 next years you make the internet less accessible. 

The internet is meant to be an open place to everyone. Having more expensive domains means fewer reachable websites and that hurts everyone.
