Hello,

As the holder of a .COM address and a small freelance photographer, I find it rather galling that such changes would be proposed and agreed without any sort of consultation process or period. The internet is supposed to be a democratic spaced used by and for all. Steps like this undermine that.

I hope you will reconsider.
