Hello,

Allowing for such high registration rate increases will negatively impact the internet as a whole.

The potential rate increase for .com domains could rise to cost-prohibitive levels over the next several years. 7%/Year is highly unreasonable.

Especially enacting these changes in relative secrecy is surely not in the public best interest.
