To whom it may concern:

As a small business owner, it is vial for my domain name costs to be kept
low.  Small business depend on cheap domain costs in order to stay in
business to compete with large businesses.  A price increase that you are
proposing would make it difficult for new businesses to obtain a unique
domain and branding for their business.
