[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Regarding the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I am a registrant of multiple .com domain names.

And I am vehemently against the proposed price increase to .COM domains.

Nobody other than Verisign wants an increase in .COM prices.

The current rate of $7.85 is already more than justified. Increasing
it will only benefit Verisign and harm everyone else.

Verisign is merely your manager of the .COM Registry – it should have
no business dictating the price.

ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name system in the public
interest. And the public interest is against such price increases.
