It’s vitally important that the internet remain a democratic environment open to all.  Conducting meetings in secret in order to essentially create a monopoly with unlimited price increases and control limits the freedom of information and the ability for all to participate.  Such exclusionary tactics are detrimental beyond scope.  I realize when it comes to money and power, it is difficult to sway people to do the right thing for all rather than an elite few.  There is enough money to be made off the internet, do not destroy it and limit its abilities by raising prices and centralizing control.  I am opposed to these proposed changes.
