To whomsoever it may concern,

Please reconsider the recent amendment allowing Verisign to charge more for
wholesale domain registration.

.com domains are extremely valuable for individuals and companies as an
outlet for displaying their views online and by increasing the price of
access, ICANN will be directly responsible for reducing access to free and
unrestricted speed online.

This goes against the original tenets of the Internet and will help usher
in a more centralized and non-diverse internet different from the one we
all have benefited from for the past few decades.

I strongly urge you to reconsider your part in this undesirable change by
passing this recent amendment and hope you will work to swiftly revert the
decision.
