[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

Is there a detailed plan on how the funds raised by all of the price increases will be used and monitored?  I am against this change unless there is a publicly published plan and public accountability for how the funds are used.  This should be treated much like many of the utility surcharges are collected and used for future energy projects, open and transparent plan.
