Sirs:

We understand the the costs go up however, there is a reasonable limit.
The proposal in place exceeds a reasonable limit without an explanation of
the benefits to all parties.  This cost increase appears to only benefit
the two parties and no other party or entity can reap any benefit for
this.  The consumer is most hit and this almost guarantees a reduction of
the internet and not expansion.
