[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Oppose Verisign Changes

I oppose these changes. These were made in secret without the general
public's interest in mind. These changes will lead to price increases that
could significantly affect small businesses. I'd also like to know how the
$20 million over five years paid to ICANN is going to be spent?
