I disagree. It is not in the public interest to increase the price for 
.COM registry services.Increasing prices serves the pecuniary interest 
of insiders who seek to take control of what is not only a public asset, 
but a unique public asset of the 21st century.

At this time, civilisation is polarising with wealth conversion 
controlling public assets to move money from losers to winners. It is 
called elite capture. Look it up. This never ends well, as history shows.

There is no good reason to increase the price to register a domain name 
because it ends in .COM. Indeed, Moore's Law says that technology makes 
static costs cheaper, and this is the case with .COM registries. As the 
cost of processing and storing registries declines, the automated 
functions of .COM registry should decline.

Please reject Amendment 35.
