To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to discourage the proposed price raises on .com domains. I own two domains and if your amendment goes through, it is likely that the price I pay to keep my domain names will go up. I cannot afford that as a person living on a fixed income. 

The Internet is a tool for knowledge. It should be available to everyone no matter their station in life. This change will likely keep some like myself from creating and spreading our knowledge with the world. So, I ask that you please reconsider your judgement.
