I am completely opposed to ICAAN's proposed changes to the rules.
ICAAN should not allow Verisign to unfairly compete as an independent
domain registrar with the ability to increase the fees other
registrars must pay. This $20M agreement is clearly a payoff to allow
Verisign complete control of the market which will essentially damage
fair competition in the domain market. ICAAN should be above such
petty behavior.
