[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] please do not allow COM prices to go up

My comment is simple: allowing COM prices to increase appears to be a
pure money grab. There's no reason these prices should increase---the
margins are already very high on domains and costs will be
*decreasing*, not increasing, in the future. Taken together with
recent (mis)behavior regarding ORG, it's hard to believe this is
anything other than corrupt.

Please don't do it.
