[JACKS inCalgary]

I understand these changes will have significant impact on the Internet for
years to come, and only ICANN and Verisign have participated in this
decision. The language around how money from Verisign to ICANN will be
spent is nebulous at best. The necessity for such an increase is poorly
addressed.

I object to the decision as it lacks detail, transparency and benefit to
users.
