By implementing indiscriminate price increases in a manner that is
neither open nor transparent, ICANN will bleed businesses dry. Then
where will the money come from?

Everyone has their hand out when a business opens it's doors, whether
it's a brick-and-mortar enterprise or strictly online. Both types need
an Internet presence, but the cost for both is becoming prohibitive.
Taxes, licenses, fees...it all adds up and makes the cost of doing
business hardly worth it. Now here comes an ICANN price increase and
businesses get to keep even less revenue to try to stay afloat. The
ICANN manufactured processing arguments are meaningless. The cost of
processing has gone up? Provide the figures and documentation to prove
it. What's more, the Board needs to step up and not only take
responsibility for making a decision that will impact so many on such a
large, detrimental scale, but also do their due diligence and analyze
the issue before implementing any increases, IF they're found to be
warranted and reasonable.
