[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Price increase not acceptable

Deals that affect such a big part of the internet infrastructure should
never be done behind closed doors without consulting the community at
large. Allowing price increases as drastic as the one you allow seems very
unfair for people like me that have very limited means.

Please cancel this deal and create a new one after consulting the community
at large.
