this move will hamper small independent start ups globally and stifle economic progress and innovation. It also makes our global economic system less resilient and more prone to market collapses. not to mention undermining current business that are already struggling. 
transparency and consultation in such a major decision that effects the global marketplace is essential.
this latest news is very disheartening.
