[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Ill-behaved Monopoly

I protest the secret deal made by ICANN with VERISIGN. Both organizations do
very little with regards to registering domain names and yet they want to
raise prices. The monopolistic hold over TLDs is the only reason this can
happen. One cure for monopolies is government regulation, a necessary evil
that may be appropriate in this case. I will puruse that angle if these
increases are enacted.
