It is very important in today's world to be as transparent as possible when
making large decisions that impact so many people. Making quiet backroom
deals just makes people not trust the involved organizations and angry with
the outcomes. Be above board, be honest in your dealings and be forthcoming
in your plans. I don't have any issue with companies making money but I do
have a problem with sneaky behavior.
