Certainly the ubiquitous dot com has been a convenient trope at most.
Since an almost unlimited selection of tlds have opened up there will
sooner or later be a much more organized internet as people beging to self
select into their intended categories and it will be better for all
involved.

Raising the prices on .com is equivalent to a last desperate gouge as we
all know .com has had it's day in the sun.

I advise this is anti-human behavior and will only serve to expedite
migration.

please reconsider.
