Verisign already has a monopoly and sky high profit margins. It is the duty of ICANN to ensure this monopoly is not abused. By allowing this price hike to occur, Verisign’s profits margins will continue to grow as their costs are fixed, and the burden will fall on website owners like myself. Please do not allow Amendment 3 to pass for the best of all internet users.
