Dear Sir/Madam:

The internet has provided tremendous opportunity for small business and start-ups.  The potential fee increases appears to be excessive.  (I wish I could raise my prices 7+% per year with the blessing of the government!)

These types of decisions might make the United States Post Office relevant again.

Rein in the price increases on .com!
